Rules suck. But in order to keep things fair for everyone, the following policies are enforced at Korefire Fitness. If you have any lingering Q’s not answered in the FAQ Page, shoot us an email.

 

Please check the online schedule for current class times. Schedules for the following month will be released on the 25th of each month and reservations can be made up to a month in advance provided you have enough classes or an active monthly membership in your account. You are responsible for reserving your own classes and advance reservation is encouraged. If you do not reserve in advance, it is likely that there will not be any available space in class. If this happens, we highly encourage the use of our wait list as members cancel all the time. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.

 

If the class you want is full, add yourself to the wait list and as other members cancel, you will be added to the class automatically according to your position on the wait list. Once you are added to a class off the wait list, you are considered to be confirmed for that class and all cancellation and no-show policies apply. You will receive an automated courtesy email informing you that you have been added to a class if you have opted in to receiving emails and newsletters from Korefire Fitness. This is only a courtesy email and you are advised to log-in to your account to keep track of any confirmed bookings off of the wait list. If you have confirmed bookings for other sessions on the same day, it is your responsibility to cancel one or the other to avoid any fees. To allow enough time to make cancellations if necessary, the wait list is closed 12 hours prior to the start of class times. During these 12 hours, anyone will be able to add a class if a cancellation occurs. For directions on how to use the wait list and how to opt-in to receive reminders, check out our FAQ.

You may cancel reserved sessions for any reason without penalty up to 12 hours before your scheduled class. Cancellations must be completed online. We will only accept email cancellations if the scheduling system is down within 15 minutes of your 12-hour deadline. You must email us with the exact time of outage along with your cancellation request before the 12-hour deadline. All other cancellation requests by phone, email, or any other method of communication will not be accepted.

Cancellations made after the 12-hour deadline are considered late cancellations and will result in a late cancel fee. Switching sessions or showing up for a session at a different time than what you are scheduled for after the 12-hour deadline are considered late cancellations.

  • Both monthly and individual class will incur a $15 late cancellation fee per occurrence (in addition to forfeiting the class).
  • Fees will be charged to credit card on file automatically. For your convenience, members can add or update payment information by logging into your account. Accounts without a credit card on file are subject to IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.

Missing your reserved class without cancelling is considered a no-show.

  • Both monthly and individual classes will incur a $25 no-show fee per occurrence (in addition to forfeiting the class).
  • Fees will be charged to credit card on file automatically. For your convenience, members can add or update payment information by logging into your account. Accounts without a credit card on file are subject to IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.

Hold requests may be sent to burn@korefirefitness.com along with the dates the hold should be in effect. Members with recurring monthly memberships may request holds according to the terms of their membership contract at no additional charge. All additional holds incur a $20 charge per request. Any classes you have scheduled during the hold period must be cancelled prior to sending us a hold request.

All classes are prepaid and you must purchase a class or a monthly membership option in order to reserve classes. Please note that when you purchase classes you are paying for a class and not an instructor and instructors are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. All studio purchases expire one year from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. A valid credit card must be on file upon purchasing a series of classes or a monthly membership. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All monthly auto-payments, cancellation fees, and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file. It is your responsibility to keep track of these charges and Korefire Fitness is not responsible for any bank fees you incur as result of these charges. If a payment cannot be processed, we will do our best to get in contact with you to resolve the issue but If you fail to pay any fees or recurring charges, your account will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.
